This site was originally set up as save-wye.org to oppose a plan to turn the Kent village of Wye into a ’small town’. That proposal has now been abandoned. This site is no longer updated but please feel free to use it as you see fit. We no longer accept comments.
We've set up this archive because many other similar campaigns asked us to keep the original save-wye site alive so they can see how the campaign developed. You can also see a link to the free book about this story by David Hewson here. Many thanks to Wordpress.com for hosting the site for free.
